The staff of this small but modern boutique was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and included a private bath, tv and free wireless service. Its location afforded lots of cafes and art galleries and easy access to the subtle (metro or subway). The breakfast buffet was not as extensive as at a major hotel but certainly had many selections and was not minimal. The exercise room was small but there is one on premises, as well as a lovely zen courtyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this boutique.

This place is amazing to walk around Palermo SoHo with its trendy bars, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The staff here happily anticipated and took care of our needs, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of amenities such as a spa, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, providing a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Hospitality- hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they are very attentive to their guests needs and really make you feel at home... Location- Palermo Soho- is very nice. Breakfast- few kinds of cereals, omlet, ham and cheese, frutes, pastries, tea and coffee, as well as very friendly, "homy" atmosphere at breakfast...

The closet is very small, so there is almost no room for clothes. It's not a problem of the hotel and should be expected in this kind of a small hotel-boutique but should be taken into account if you are staying a long time and have enough clothes and other things for a long trip as you won't be able to comfortably use it all...

The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained with the softest linens. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a great gym and free WiFi for guests.

We wish that the hotel had more signage to make it easier to find.
